Blood elf are magic addicts. Undead have life problems... soo i gues the undead somehow saw benefit in alling with the Blood elf to cure their curse, and the blood elfs allied to the undead and the horde cuz they are pissed at the alliance (since they abandoned them when the scourge took over) Pandaren would be a wierd race for the alliance... I think a more fitting race would be the furblogs since they are so good friends of the night elves ^^
