Yes...that dude did that a few times that fight. Your clip makes it look like he did it a lot longer, but yeah...that's for rizzle.

I believe you can turn in cloth and other items to get your BB rep back up. Lyssa did it, so he probably knows more details. Edit: http://www.warcraftpets.com/guides/pets/bloodsail.asp#16 more info on the whole process.

That is AWESOME!

The FP forums are blocked at work also. Apparently the Marine Corps has been using websense to establish a ban profile from screening the websites I visit.

So that's why all the WoW sites are blocked at work now...

I disapprove of the ninja edit. Down with CENSORSHIP!!!!

Dude, a munchie-induced eating record is like setting some sort of record while using performance enhancing substances. Like that damned, blood-doping Lance Armstrong. Go natural.

I was asleep in between classes at the Naval Academy. The second time my buddy tried to wake me up I screamed something along the lines of "I DON'T WANT TO WATCH YOUR GODDAMN AIRPLANE MOVIE". I wanted to leave school and go to war right then.

I pop perception while tanking to generate aggro...y'all didn't know about that?

Granted, Fat Joe is fat and can probably take a few bullets and I have never seen, or heard of for that matter, Daddy Yankee, I think this could be a good debate.

I am very excite! Romance explosion! That wouldn't be a lesbian tape...Condi is a man...or an alien with a huge gap in its teeth.

Mother of God! I bittorrented Fallout 1 and 2 not long about but they didn't like my fancy machine and the graphical glitches made playing horrendous.

I'm a Marine, Stang. And I do it because I can.

Exactly, just look what Frank Mir did to him in his first fight. Brock pound on him and then has no clue what to do other than keep swinging once the fight goes to the mat. Because Brock knows nothing, he gives up his legs and Frank puts him in a knee bar and it's all over.

I'm pretty sure Randy Couture wouldn't be fighting unless it was a championship fight. The only way the belt wouldn't be on the line is if one of them doesn't make weight. I've never heard of a belt-holder fighting in a non-championship fight. But I firmly believe that there are a lot of guys that deserve a title shot before Brock.

Lesser known? The Texas Crazy Horse maybe, the other dude he beat sure(I have no idea who it even was), but that 1 in the Loss column was to Frank Mir in Brock's UFC debut. Brock is definitely going to sell tickets, but I think he really needs to develop more as a fighter. He has all the tools to be a dominant ground-n-pounder but he needs more awareness of submissions, or he'll get caught like he did against Mir.

If I was running for Pres I would want a hot VP too...for all those long nights at work, ya know? McCain could pick a 3 legged labardor with no teeth and a pooping disorder and I would still prefer him over Obamination Binladen...I mean Obama/Liden.

LOL...machines should never be in front of a mirror if a free weight station could be positioned there. Yeah, I look at myself while I lift....for technique...ya know....I swear. /runs to the mirror and flexes

In a word, yes. There a numerous ways to measure or analyze weightlifting. It really depends on what you are going for; pure strength, endurance, size....the list goes on and on. A single rep max gives you a tangible "no shit" number for how much steel you can jack. I've done multiple rep maxes where there is some convoluted mathematical equation that calculates your "max", I've done rep-outs with a certain weight to get an endurance max, body-weight percentage based multiple rep maxes that claim to be more accurate, one-rep max in relation to body-weight, but the only way to legitmately see the absolute maximum amount of weight you can lift is to do a one-rep free weight max. Unless you're competing it's really just a confidence/ego boost, but it's still the most base type of lift there is.

unless you only weigh 65 pounds that shouldn't be a problem

I'm disgusted by the fact that I got a 91%. brb /vomit
