I've been doing the P90X workouts lately(minus the leg stuff since I blew out my knee) and it is awesome! If you know anyone with the DVDs I highly recommend burning copies and trying it out. The 19 minute ab workout makes me puke every time...I love it! Edit: BTW grats on the PRs!

Thanks to everyone that came to the whirlwind tour of Old School raids last night! We knocked out MC, BWL, AQ20, and Ony in fairly short order. I think the longest wait was for the last rune in MC...or the Firemaw wipes I caused by taking off my Ony Cloak for no apparent reason. We're probably going to try to get an AQ40 run together soon if anyone wants in on it. G5FTMFW

Steps to making a beastly tank: 1) Name him Beckbristow 2) Piss excellence 3) If either 1 or 2 are not possible, drink a lot of beer and smash your keyboard with a raging hard mega-boner during boss fights(which is what I do, except I meet 1 and 2 also)

That's actually what I look like during raids... ...minus being a hot chick, with a lot more body hair, a +10 stam penis, and my lingerie is a bit more revealing.

The only number combo I can think of is only for use at lvl 70, tanking raid bosses... 490/25 490 Defense to become uncrittable. 25% avoidance from Dodge, Parry, Block(added together) so that Shield Block will make you uncrushable. There are tons of variations of HP/Armor numbers that people recommend for Kara, but honestly if you can get 490/50 you're good for that instance. After that, maintaining those numbers becomes a non-issue, as the gear will inherently have the stats and allow you to gem for Effective Health or Avoidance.
