Stuck and got bored at 15. 1-10 were kinda fun... 11-14 was irritating to the extent when i reached 15 i kinda lost interest.

a few threat reducing enchants coming out or exist already... but they just decrease threat by like 1-2%. i really dont know... maybe you could become a combat medic and just bandage ppl! =D on a more serious note... see how it goes with a crappier weapon which blows and makes the game less fun... but ur current dilemma is just as frustrating if not more atm.

some of the models could be placeholders.. but i wouldnt expect too much. however, stats are tight and some of the weapons look damn cool.

All of them hv an 'insecty' look.. obviously cos AQ has a lot to do with bugs. The 5-piece sets hv awesome stats but some look pretty cool while others are overdone... and once again blizzard has taken the same set model.. given it a few different colours and then give it to a few classes i.e. druid and rogue set look alike just different colours same story for the pvp sets.

Tech support in general is a crap service! Most of the tech support is outsourced to asia so not much to say there. I recently got myself a dell laptop and the laptop itself is awesome... i had a few problems with logistics (delivered a day late) and using dell support the person who attended to me tracked down my laptop to the very guy who was supposed to deliver... he called me and apologised for the delay and she called back the very next day to double-check if it had been delivered. Sofar i've had a positive experience from dell singapore who handle the tech support in south-east asia... however, my friends and i hv found the logistics firm who dell contracted to be unreliable. Kinda sucks about your situation tho dez... and its the whole automated system and sectioning up departments to the extent that nobody knows what the other guy is up to... so its a pain to really get something done. You're back tho.. thats all that counts =)

I dont call myself a regular but i jump at the opportunity nowadays when beorn does a rollcall for AB on guild chat... sigh if only there wasnt a time difference. =/ I normally join in the latter half of the AB session and even at 1-4am EST FP is still goin pretty damn strong... our last AB match was a 5-cap as well! Awesome stuff.
