There's a lot as to why they didn't release a lot of classes. The biggest problem was group balance, and multi-classing. All the classes have a role to play in the group for example there's certain things you will NEVER get without a rogue. There's content you will never clear without a certain type of tank, and a healer. There's mobs apparently that make themselves completely immnune to melee dps/spell dps later. The game becomes VERY group dependent, and all their classes play roles, that other classes simply can't. DDO to make up for the fact that you can't have every class allowed you to multiclass. So that you can try to bring everything in less people obviously you won't be as effective at either class this way, but most well palyed multi-classes end up putting out more DPS then their pure class counterparts. For example one of the strongest Melee builds comes from Rogue/Ranger/Monk, and Rogue is generally considered a lack luster DPS class. DDO's PvE balance is honestly some of the best I've seen since FFXI. It's updates don't really change anything about the game as a whole it's just graphic tweeks or instance scaling. It's quite impressive to be honest. I'm sure they will add more classes as time goes by, but I can't promise anything.

INCORRECT. You are NOT limited to level 4. You can get to the max level without ever spending a dime, the only problem is it's REALLY hard to get that far due to the nature of the grind. The copper sigils will drop from random quests in the second zone (stormreach) and the copper sigils allow you to get to the next cap, which is level 8. I dunno where the silver sigil is, but it's there some where!

So is alcohol next? Alcohol poisons your body, and if used as regularly has crippling effects as well. Not only that but it completely alters your mind in such a way that you can easily drive your car off the side of the road, and kill yourself and or others. You know what smoking doesn't do? That. Seatbelts aren't even remotely the same. They didn't come with a warning that you would cause cancer if you didn't wear them, in fact they didn't even come with a warning because they weren't there. Smoking has had many different law changes in the time that they've been out, and we all are WELL aware that they are bad for you. Smoking cigarettes is bad for you yes, but you're going too far. If the government REALLY cared about keeping us alive, they'd get rid of fast foods, put stronger enforcement on weed, and other illegal substances, get rid of alcohol, hell even candy since it poisons your teeth. Why don't we all just eat fruit, and veggies, and fresh meats from the farm. Oh wait. Am I flying off the handle now? Besides, has it been that long since you all were teenagers? Why do teens start drinking and smoking? To rebel against their parents, and the government. You think they're gonna stop just cause you're taking away fruity cigarettes? I don't even know any high school kids that smoke cloves or fruity cigarettes. They all smoke marbs, or camels, or newports, you know the kinda cigarettes their parents smoked. No matter this is ridiculous, I don't even agree with smoking, I'm VERY anti-smoking, but I'm also very intent on the government staying the heck out of my business. If I wanna smoke, I should be allowed to do just that.

I have a 3 month old child. It was my personal choice to have a child. It has also been my personal choice to not smoke, even though I know that a clove once and a while would relax the heck out of me. Saying there's not personal choice anymore is ridiculous, though I will agree that there's not a whole LOT of personal choice anymore. In the end the point is smoking IS a personal choice, as much as drinking, or driving your car to go rent crappy B-rate movies from Hollywood Video called the Transmorphers. Wait.

I reaaally hate when people try to justify the Government stepping over their boundaries. It's nice that you're healthy, and lovely that you want us to "live" but smoking is a personal choice, and regardless of how you feel it "affects" you it really doesn't. You complain about second-hand smoke, like someone is just forcing you to sit in it for all hours of the day, when this is straight not true. Smoking only takes place outside, and when in a very popular public venue (IE Disneyland for one) There are only CERTAIN places you're allowed to even smoke in the first place. People with terrible cars are allowed to drive their polluting behinds all the heck over popular streets, with businesses and schools, and nothing is done about that. Yet if one grown arse man pulls out a cigarette, all hell breaks lose. People hurt themselves all day when eating fast food, dieting wrong, speeding, drinking, hairspraying their F-ING hair. Let people smoke if they want to smoke. That's more fresh air for me when they die anyways. Brought to you by an, outraged at the government, anti-smoker. Thanks. The Sauce.

Enhancement - Earthen Power: No longer causes Earthbind to pulse a persistent snare immunity aura. It does still remove snares from allies as an instant pulse, but there is no lingering immunity. Really? Just when I was gonna go back.

It's not THAT surprising that they're doing their open beta this way /shrug. Most pay to play games have an "open" beta for the people who have pre-ordered the game, or bought the code from some other source. It's still OPEN because it's not invitation only, which is really all that a closed beta has going for it most of the time in pay to play mmos.

I know, but it never came out, because it didn't work as well as they wanted it to if I remember correctly, and mana was the easy alternative. Who's to say they figured it out now?

I like that they FINALLY got rid of all that crap on our gear, and that our gear is going to go back to being STRAIGHT stats. It makes it more user friendly for people coming into the game, and opens up more itemization choices. I'm not pleased with the lack of Sweet that Worgen get over goblins. I'm also curious about the change to hunters. I don't know if we'll actually see that one happen honestly, it totally changes how you play a hunter, sooo.
