Chipotle sources all their meat from humane, naturally raised farms. No growth hormones, no antibiotics and all natural feed with no animal byproducts. In some cases they source their meat from local farmers, supporting the community.

It must just be where you live. Every chipotle I've ever been to has been almost exclusively staffed by hispanics.

No one has them do this? I think I invented it. Next time you order, ask the lettuce/cheese person to "mix it up". You may have to do a downwards finger twirl to illustrate. If they do it right every bite should be mixed so half isn't rice and the other half the rest of the insides.
