Everytime I read these music threads I swear some of you people are making up names of bands...I guess now I have proof. :sigh: Hmm, what can I post... Oasis - Do As Infinity Probably better known for doing that really screechy Inuyasha song Fukai Mori...which I'm willing to look past in terms of their run as a ubersuccessful jpop/jrock group since it was their first video and real promotion gimmick. Afterwards Ryo (guitar) and Van (vocals) co-wrote nearly all their music for the next....5? CDs (i have them all omg expensive imports!) Their guitarist is pretty sick though (Ryo), but apparently youtube has deleted all the live videos of them...stupid youtube. Flavor of Life - Utada Hikaru Really successful artist in Japan, and one of the few to make a decent crossover to America. Her english album Exodus went gold in the states, recorded the opening song for Kingdom Hearts, and was married to the director of the live action/cgi Japanese movie Casshern, if anyone has even seen that...ah the stupid things I know after being Jpns club president for 4 years. Other than that, my music tastes are pretty 'mainstream', and I'm sure you all have heard them on the radio. GOGO JAPANESE MUSIC!

at college of charleston (gooooooooooo cougars) you could put certain files on the campus server that were accessible to everyone with a cougarID and password. admiteddly often times people didnt lock up their computer or restrict access, leaving nosey people like me free range onto their entire harddrive, but aside from that I know i personally stole at least 1000 songs before I left there just from other peoples computers pirating is a bigger issue than just targeting some university students (and p2p is hard to pull off on campus internet, especially if your tech people have alot of your ports blocked up), and i think this is just a silly attempt by the RIAA to further its own ends.

Yes biblet, I have...a lot of songs of hers actually. Have the albums Exodus and Ultra Blue, as well as some random singles since Ultra Blue (Kiss & Cry, Ore wa Kuma, and a few others...) I'm sure a lot of people know who she is, just maybe not her name. She did after all sing the song Passion (forget what its called in english), which was the theme of Kingdom Hearts.

Sounds a bit like a nerf to me. Even though they upped the proc rate to 100% with 3 points, I would assume that since the added effect cant occur more than once a minute, the ability itself (avoiding a damaging attack that would otherwise kill you) cannot proc more than once a minute either--which has to be the case because a rogue having a 100% chance to always avoid an attack that would kill it would = god mode. At least in the old functionality there was no cooldown on how often it could proc. There's a great pvp video of a gnome rogue doing WSG with this talent and just lawlercausting through warlock dots and a retadin. But I guess those days are over.
