I don't think it should be legal. Large amounts and distribution, heavy fine possibly a little jail. Small amounts misdemeanor. Treat it more like speeding and crossing state border tobacco sales to evade state taxes kinda deal IMO. Even if it is legalized, companies will still have their drug tests and policies.
