It's already in effect, pinko. If we ask a rogue to move out so a warlock can move in, both the rogue and the warlock get points for the kill. But, it's at the raid leaders discretion, and if that's the case, it's documented. So far, I can't think of a case where we've had to use this rule, however. All of our warlocks show up for Garr.

Raid points are tallied at the time of the kill. This is of course, unless you were asked to sit out, then you get the "thanks for being a champ" consideration. Lately, though, we haven't had to do that. I think we have raid composition down now. So, Teah is right. You only get points for the bosses that you're present for.

It's more about what our members can accomodate. We're not really a hardcore guild. We just have hardcore talent. At the end of the day, I like to go to a movie here and there, maybe a nice dinner with friends. 5 hour MC marathons are kind of taxing on RL relationships if they're done too often. But that's just my opinion.

All I can say is, nothing is more fun than moonfiring my ass off while flying through the air, only to see him fall as I land... and die. But holy CRAP does moon fire spam while being thrown kick ass!
