The 8800's are already 2 generations old (well 1 considering the 9 series was the same as the 8 series). Spend a couple more bucks and get an Nvidia 260. You can pick one up for like $250 before rebates. I'm getting one soon when I pick out a new monitor to go with it. You'll be happy with it for a few years. On a related note, can anyone recommend a good but affordable LCD that doesn't use a TN panel (24" S-PVA panel preferably). I've been eyeing the Dell 2408WFP for awhile, but the price keeps escalating ($689 right now) and I keep kicking myself for not buying it when it was $600 >.
