Heh, I was trying to congratulate you guys while doing broodlord clearing, but just to say it again: grats.

I casually commented on Shamans getting a salvation totem upsetting the one advantage pallies had over shamans in PvE and some LD member launched into a tell diatribe about how the totem affects the whole group and that you don't want it to hit the MT etc etc. Anyway, I'm really surprised there hasn't been more uproar from the pally community. In all seriousness I believe pallies deserve a watered down earthbind aura...

I'd trade shadowmeld for perception any day... If only to be able to drink for 5 seconds without being ambushed!

Ha, don't even get me into the story of him vomiting all over himself, the wall, his bed, the dresser...basically everything in a 5 yard radius of his pillow. I think what kept us from killing each other is that aside from the hours of 2am-7am we were never in the same room. I wish I could visit Fermilab like all the cool bagpiping physicists... That would be a perfectly acceptable viewpoint if other languages did not exist, but the fact that people from other languages can intertwine meaning and the word itself just as closely as you can means that the actual words are meaningless, but rather the idea behind them holds meaning. Sort of like Plato's forms for language...lol A rose by any other name would smell just as sweet.

I still stand by my solution to the paradox. There's a difference between saying "I live in Atlanta" and the sentence "I live in Atlanta." One is making a claim, the other is merely a sentence. Can you say that the sentence "I am." is true or false? You can certainly do so regarding the claim, but the sentence itself...not in my opinion.

I personally think Neutra-Air is better than Oust, Ben, but you're entitled to your own opinion I had a roomate once who played Lacrosse for my college...Neutra-Air was the only thing that got the smell out of the room.

Sentences can neither be true nor false, only a claim within a sentence can have that attribute. Hence you simply substitute "The following sentence is false." each time you want to say "true" and "The previous sentence is true." each time you want to say "false." It's like assigning values and meanings to phrases

I'm surprised the paladins aren't making more of a ruckus about shamans getting a salvation totem. That is the paladin star ability in BWL and probably AQ.
