They are more expensive because you get more honor at 80. Also they all seem to have an arena points requirement. I may just buy a few pieces to help me level.

Yup, I was saving mine. I kinda figured that the nerd rage wave would make them reverse their decision, at the very least I thought they would make S3 purchasable with honor. I think they are supposed to bump up the cost of honor items at 80 while increasing the honor you get, so stockpiling now might be less worthwhile. I think that I'll keep my honor points into season 2 or season 3 of the new x-pac and get some 2nd or 3rd level pvp gear.

Yea, I totally agree. I'm waiting til the last minute to blow my honor points/tokens. The backlash seems pretty harsh, I can see them back peddling a little or making the "special rewards" really cool.

Kinda sucks because I have like 35k honor and like 50 of each mark...
