The fact that you refrenced a Gamefaqs poll alone should be considered three strikes. That you even think for half a second that Tommy Vercetti pwns Kefka in any department other than Lifeless swine who children can easly adapt to in order to have more fun destroying police officer's lives, then you my friend need to take a trip to bovine university.
