Man thats a windows problem, your desktop crashed,

if you look in your profiles. you probly have one named like domain.username now. when it crashes it defaults you to the old profile and saves all your old settings in another folder,

just copy everything into your "username " profile and youll get it back.

ROFL I have a WoW folder in my desktop full of addons from the past year+ that's 2.5gigs. Think I should move that? haha

I recently deleted a folder on my desktop that was downloaded addons from 2 patches ago.

 

Oh yea, I also tried to backup my WoW folder since I need to re-install Windows (in preparation for my new goodies coming next month) and the shit is like 7.5GBs...the stupid, cheap dual layer DVDs I ninja'd from work don't work in my burner.

Maybe your desktop has gone minimalist. Take a hint.
