I use AVG, haven't had a virus in like, forever. Also I don't download midget furry porn, so you might have to make some sacrifices.

Unacceptable compromise.

P.s.-

Yeah, been using Avira for several years and it's been fine for me.

Symantec sucks donkey.

This is not merely my opinion, most donkeys surveyed said they had been violated by Symantec...Oh, and it's a resource hog to boot.

You might be unfamiliar with the recent lawsuit that was brought against me. Something about these "Record Companies" wanting "Money" because I illegally downloaded their "Songs".

I should have said "Free, LEGAL, Anti-virus software".

I already have Norton Anti-Virus Corporate Edition on my laptop, I needed something to throw on my dad's comp. Avira is the first one I put on there and so far it seems easy enough to use which is a big deal because my dad has no idea what he's doing on his computer, aside from downloading porn and opening attatchments he shouldn't. We'll see if that will be sufficient. Thanks for the help guys.

Valdez look at it this way they just busted you for that stuff, what are the odds they will do it again in such a short period of time... lol. All i've gotta say is i'm glad i live in Canada where the big rich corporations don't bully the people(too much).

PS hear about walmart sueing that disabled lady for like $470,000 go go corporate greed!

Rounder.

PSS haha fifi if you disable the realtime option on symantic it's actually quite nice.

the RIAA can't because it only supports the music labels however there are a host of copy cat companys out there that support game companies, software companies and movies. I've heard from them all, luckly rogers won't release any personal info to them due to the privacy act. Otherwise i'd be living in a box because some rich guy(s) took all my money so he could invest it overseas in other countries... go china?

I used to use Avast! which is free but the annual need to re-register proved to much of a hassle so I moved all my computers to the free version of AVG.

China's a very lucrative market to invest into. Nothing wrong with capitalizing on communism.

This is of course, before they artificially slow their roll, I'm guessing, some time in July of next year.
