Other than that it looks like this patch is going to be pretty cool. Frost shocks diminishing returns kicked in just as fast as cyclone, meaning a slowing affect, not a complete lock up, diminshed faster then hell. Frost shocks also put your shocks on cooldown and while the change doesn't affect that it makes frost shock alot more appealing. Plus frost shock lasts as long as it's cooldown if I'm not forgetting my class already so now we can catch you running sons of well you know whats. I hope the cooldown is lower! =) http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.h...16056&sid=1 Elune's Grace has had its effect changed to reduce the chance to be hit by melee and ranged attacks by 20% for 15 seconds. We've changed it so that there is only one rank of the spell now. We also changed the mana cost for Power Word: Fortitude, Divine Spirit, Prayer of Fortitude and Prayer of Spirit . The developers took a look at it and thought that the mana costs were just too high for what they should be. Hopefully this will cut down on all the water everyone has been gulping down at raids. Elune's Grace is actually a three way buff: 1. It will count as a miss, not a dodge (e.g. no more overpower) 2. They have increased melee to 20% from 10 3. Kaslor 0 Report post Posted September 28, 2007 I didn't see this under the Paladin changes, but supposedly they are also reworking Pursuit of Justice and Vindication. •Vindication (Retribution) frequency and duration increased and now reduces all attributes by 5/10/15%, not just Strength and Agility. •Pursuit of Justice (Retribution) is now 3 ranks and increases movement speed by 5/10/15% and also reduces the chance you'll be hit by spells by 1/2/3%.
