Straight from http://www.MMO-Champion.com Some big changes like Fear ward, Mage dmg tax removed, ret changes etc.

This isn't in their notes yet, but I thought it was interesting. Inregards to if priest racials are going to be looked at in 2.3, here is the response:

Fear Ward will be available to all priests at level 20, but there are some changes in addition. Current plans are to reduce duration to 3 minutes, and increase the cooldown to 3 minutes.

To give the dwarves and draenei something else to even it out, they'll see a new ability called Chastise (also given at level 20) which will cause holy damage and incapacitate the target for 2 seconds.

Dude, propeller pack ( helicopter backpack 60% speed) and jet pack for 100% speed!! Does your backpack have jets?

So now... not only can a hunter drain my mana, slow me down, move faster than me, shoot me while moving, can kite me..... but can also remove my magic effects.. say.. like... BoW.. or BoK .. or every single seal we have...

That sounds incredible....

I think Im going to HAVE to get the new ret talent to make my seals undisspellable just so I can do damage in PvP.

Best part about this:

2.3 Fast release

Zul'aman and most likely the 2.3 patch will be released fast according to all the details we're getting.

Quote from: Eyonix (Source)

Zul'Aman is done. We just need to get the raid dungeon on the public test realms, and make sure it sees extensive testing. Don't worry, it won't require the same amount of testing as voice chat. I feel few truly understand what it took to impliment voice chat, and test it properly.

* Frost shock is no longer subject to diminishing returns.
Blah.

* Tactical Mastery now greatly increases threat from Mortal Strike and Bloodthirst while in Defensive Stance

It'd be interesting if that threat compares to shield slam.

And for you Rogues.

The warrior talent Weapon Mastery which makes us 50/100% resist to disarm is getting changed to 25%/50% disarm duration reduction. They felt that talent solely removed disarm from the game all together.

"* Rebirth cooldown reduced to 20 minutes"

Well that's random

Doesn't that mean you can use it in Arenas now?

You couldn't before? I never played an arena during BC so I dont have a clue. I thought arenas wiped your cooldowns when you joined so you could always use everything. /shrug

I was under the impression cooldowns had to be under 10 mins to use in arena. 50% disarm is really lame as well but I guess we get MS affecting drain life. wtf with arcane shot though...you better abuse that bob.

I know you can use abilities with cooldowns of 15 minutes, but I'm not sure what the actual numbers is. However, I would like to think that they would not allow combat rezzing to happen in arenas.

And yes, that whole MS affecting drain life thing will be very interesting, it essentially makes drain life useless against a warrior/rogue between resiliance and MS its gonna be a waste. Looks like its time to seduce nuke again.

The fear ward change sucks.

The new devastate is exactly what it should've been in the beginning, I think they should increase it's aggro gain too...but...baby steps I guess.

Bla... I was thinking 30min.

EDIT:: Heres the Blue post.

I don't want to delay this information too much as it will be considered a nerf, so I'll bite and post it.

The Arms talent Weapon Mastery is going to be significantly changed. Instead of providing 50/100% chance to avoid Disarm effects, it is going to reduce the duration of Disarm effects by 25/50%. The reason for this is that having full immunity with this talent really took the idea of disarming out of the game and we want it to be more viable.

The Fear Ward change makes me a bit more valuable :)

Sign up for dance lessons, ladies!

OR

Fear Dance - think Nightbane, Onyxia... will put you into zerker stance, pop zerker rage and then (back) to def stance if you have a shield on or to battle if not

#showtooltip Berserker Rage

/cast [stance:3] Berserker Rage; Berserker Stance

/cast [noequipped:shields] Battle Stance; Defensive Stance

So upon testing it out to make sure. Im pretty positive they adjusted the coefficiant or spell damage added to Blessing of Sanctuary , mine dealt 70 damage , when the tooltip says it's base is 46 damage ( I got a new BoSanc record on it, thats how I noticed=P). So either they made it so spell damage effects it, or adjusted the amount. Im not sure if this is based off the caster, or the person it's on, Ill test this shortly.

WooHooo more aggro to generate!

Upon testing it out some more.... I'm an idiot. SO, just imagine this post talked about how pretty Soma looks with his T5 gloves.
