I don't really get the results I am looking for when I use Cuill. I search for my own name and come up with squat really. On google I find all kinds of results. Fast weapon = consistent threat. If you miss with a 1.5 speed you will hit again in 1.5 seconds. That means there is only 3 seconds total since you last created white damage threat. If you miss with a slower weapon, say 3.6 speed. That means it will be a gap of 7.2 seconds before your next white damage threat. The rest of the raid can create a LOT of threat in 7.2 second. And god forbid if you miss a second time...
