Also, if you use media center, Vista Ultimate media center works great when you hook it up to your XBox360. I listen to my XM Radio in my living room via the Vista Media center. No need to purchase an additional subscription or radio. There are lots of great features of Vista, but the average user just doesn't see them.

Have you tried the search feature on the start menu? I love that feature of Vista... I start typing in the name of what I am looking for and it lists the programs that start with that phrase. Once you start using that, it is WAY faster than actually navigating the start menu. I've used Vista from day 1 and I love it.
