Beep beep beep be deep beep beep... NOW FOR THE WEEKLY UPDATE ON WHATS HAPPENING IN THE NEW HIT TV SHOW.... FP SURVIVOR!!! As everyone may know it has only been 3 days since these thirty stars were dropped on Famous Island and many interesting things have been happening so far. Here is what has been happening with your favorite stars!! Adramelach has been playing very well so far without attracting much attention from the other players. His basic strategy seems to be forming random small groups and leading them along in adventures around the island to collect Purple Badges from the native tribes that occupy the far end of Famous Island. Andrie as one of the few girls in the group seems to be showing a split personality. She has a very religious and holy side to herself which many of the members know, but few have seen her dark shadowy side and know that this quiet lady can pack quite a punch... the few that have seen her dark side have begun calling her Aundrie to distinguish the fact that they know she is hiding something dark. Atrus has been getting in touch with this animal instincts and has taken in a young bear cub as a pet. He has begun to train it in the art of hunting and has attracted the eyes of many of his island friends as having a useful asset in protection and food gathering among the island. He has also started a grape orchard in order to make this drink he calls "grape drank" which he fables calms the soul and warms the body... Atrus could be the dark horse of this competition. Beckbristow seems to have attracted a few enemies and has been given a codename among these people... this name is GTFO!!!! Daghostmaker has picked a strange path in this competition in attempting to sway the women and unstraight men by showing them his family jewels... we will see how this plays out in the end... (bawls) Eria has gotten into a depressive state after losing his fellow canadian ally... Receiving a large amount of votes these past couple of days he could be one of the next to leave us. Erlin has been removed... farewell benny Gryph has been having intense nightmares that have frightened some of the other members. He tosses and turns all night, and suddenly awakes many times per night... his body covered in sweat his screams pierce the silent nights of the island. The members who have made camp near him have begun to notice a certain word that seems to strike terror into the heart of this brave soilder... that word is... thunderfury Klaudia and Wintress packed up camp the first day and moved to the other side of the island. The younger crowd seems to be sticking together... But... the audience can only wonder... what have they been doing for these past few days Lemontree has adopted a couple of native felines and has been taking care of them starting a small little family. A few of the members rumor that they have seen her brewing gallons upon gallons of chocolate syrup... how could this take into place? Letica has been constanly talking about S3 shoulders... will the talking ever stop Ryee has been on a strict diet and spends his days running around the island. He has increased his physical fitness by a very large amount and could become a serious threat in this competition. Shikimaru while exploring the island ran into the Alterac clan deep in a valley on the far side of the island... here he discovered that the members of this tribe look strangely similar to himself and he begans to wonder if this tribe could be his long lost ancestors. Shorstick has been removed... Goodbye eh NEWS FLASH!!! One of the shows largest fans, Tranius, has been seen flying over the island avidly watching all of the members and studying their every move... As he ponders why he didn't make it onto the show he comes to a sad realization... Moonkins CAN NOT fly... He than falls to his death near the camp of Stangmeister and Vixxie... These members decide to make the best of the situation and cook a large meal for the entire island... The remaining 28 members sit down for a nice mana-turkey meal. Stay tuned for more information on the rest of the members and other interesting information about the island. Also be sure to catch the 2 hour special tonight to see who will be the next member voted off!!

Yeah i gotta agree with HV on this one... im sure its possible for the excess protein to hurt me and i may be wrong about this but i feel as though i keep active enough for myself to be safe. Besides the fact that i work 40 hour weeks doing landscaping and construction in 110+ degree weather i also lifted or did cardio every day during those 30 days. I also had to of cunsumed atleast 2 gallons of water just during my 8 hours of work, not even including what i drank for breakfast lunch and dinner. Sure i guess it CAN hurt me... but for those who know more on the subject. Would it just be a sudden huge hit on myself if it actually happened or would it kind of be a gradual change that i could notice and change it up. I also ate plenty of sugars and fats during my diet, even though i didn't reall want to... I drank a shitload of juice which is incredibly high in sugar and i eat a lot of canola tortilla's which are pretty heavy in fat... i also throw a scoop or two of mayonase in my tunafish cuz it makes it taste soooo much better

No im most definitely going to keep it up... i just wont be stressing my brains out trying to cram 200+ grams of protein per day... I'll continue on eating health and high protein foods but probably less protein shakes and i'll take more rest days from working out or just spread out my workouts more. Haha yeah i've gotten pretty veiny haha, but i'll work on turning all of my notes into a log that i can copy and paste, you'll have to remember though that i did 100% of my workouts on a bowflex so i was semi-limited to what i could work and how i could work it.

I ride a sportbike every day... so im a little crazy to begin with. But no i havent heard that this diet can kill me and i am sort of curious as to how?

So for the past 30 days i've been on the most intense workout plan that i have ever gone through in my life. And Mikey B has bugged me a few times for my workout plan so i figured i post this one for anyone else considering the success of the recent weightlifting topic This plan included extreme daily workouts that left my physically exhausted afterwords barely able to life my arms to eat my dinner. This plan also included a complete diet change removing anything that could be considered unhealthy and stacking myself with tons of protein going over 200g of protein a day. Things eaten the most during this plan: - about 5 eggwhites per day - 50+ grilled chicken breasts - Canned tuna - Peanuts and beef jerkey for snacks And other various things to mix up the diet because i have gotten intensely sick of eggwhites, chicken and beef jerkey by now. For extra protein i drank a double dose of Gold Standards: 100% Whey as my afterworkout shake Heres before and after pics: Before: This is about 2 months before i actually started my plan so its a 3 month difference from the next picture edit: dont mind my face... i went to sleep forgetting i wanted to take a picture for future reference so i dragged myself out of bed to take a few real quick After: Taken day 30 of my workout plan (today) I also have logs of my lifts for every day including amount of reps and weight, but they are on large sticky notes attached to the wall near my bowflex so it may take me some time to turn them into a word document. If anyone wants my log or any other information about my plan just let me know
