Well, Myra has the screenies.... but Myra's not here anymore.

pfft, I did that when I turned lvl 40. I rode the zeplin routes from the Undercity, to Ogrimar, to Grom Gol, then back to Ogrimar and finally back to the Undercity. That was a hell of a ride. Too bad I don't have any of the screenies left after loosing all my data.

Check it out people! Arathi Basin FTW! This looks to be like a midway point between Warsong Gulch and Alterac Valley. It has the same level groups as Warsong, while providing the more epic feel of AV. The premise of it is essentially Zone Controll, the first team to hold the bases untill 200 resources are ammased wins. I like the fact that the loosing team still gains honor in proportion to the resources they accumulated. So if it's 1999/2000 a significant amount of honor is still gained. Wonder what the Azshara one will be like....

I always thought Paladins would get thiers in 1.9. Guess I was right. Oh, and the new Hammer of Wrath spell better rock. Otherwise...there may be problems.

From what I've been able to gather on Thottbot, it's Emberstrife. He should be in a cave to the south of Onyxia's lair. From what I gather, he's part of the Horde quest chain for their Onyxia key.

Heh, I came up with this name from the Starcraft siege tanks. I've gotten a bit nostalgic about the game, so if you're up for a round send me a tell.

Actually, Erlin, it really depends on the type of dwarf we're talking about here. If it's a lvl 60 Dwarven priest, then the value is approx. 300,000 Gold A level 2 Dwarf however, would be worth around 1.5 silver.

Hey, those are pretty cool! I especially like the dwarf one.

ATI 9800 All-In-Wonder Pro FTW! The damn thing was so expensive I had the fammily give it to me as my one Christmas present.

I was waiting for the boat to Darnassus the other day, and I saw a very nice scene. I promptly took a few screnies, and here is the best one of them. I think I'll try subbmitting it to the WoW screenshot place. http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b267/Siegeman/Darkshore.jpg

Well, apparently the devs had a meeting at the begining of the week, and have come to a consensus on the future of the Paladin class. For those of you who don't browse the forums, here are some planned changes in 1.7: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ - Added new spell - Paladin Hug - attaches the Paladin to the target for 10 seconds, keeping the paladin within melee range of the target for the duration. While attached, the Paladin can only attack with the new Forehead Smack attack. - Added new ability - Forehead Smack - Deals 1 point of damage per 10 points of armor on the Paladin's helm. - Added new ranged spell - Harsh Language - Paladin says really mean things about the target, dealing 'emotional' damage. - New Seal added: Seal of Indifference - Fills the paladin with holy apathy. While active, the paladin's hearthstone can not be interrupted by taking damage. (Solved the divine shield/hearth problem by making divine shield unnecessary!) Judging this seal will give any action taken by the target a random chance of failure. Or not. I don't care. - Added New Spell - Divine Retribution - Does 100% damage in a 20 yard radius. Kills the paladin. The body gets incinerated in the blast. Thus making the paladin to ressurect at the graveyard. They'll be no body to walk back to. People that died in the blast wave however can go back to their corpse. Casting Divine Shield while using this spell will contain the explosion, affecting only the Paladin. The radius can be expanded, at the cost of not bieng able to ressurect for 1 day/ft. - Replaced talent trees with in-game coloring books.(You get stickers if you do well =D) - Fixed a bug where players could not purge Divine sheild. - Lightforge Helm graphic changed: Added propeller to top. - Added ability for Paladins to dual weild shields. - New icons for Seal of the Crusader, Lay on Hands, Blessing of Light, Blessing of Sanctuary, Redemption, Consecration, Holy Shock, Sanctity Aura, Concentration Aura, Divine Protection, Cleanse, Flash of Light, Holy Light, and Divine Favor, to distinguish these abilities from Priest abilities with the same artwork. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Lovingly ripped from: http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.a...in&T=330896&P=1

I'd like to add a guy, I forget what his name was, I think it was an H followed up by a vowel. Well, he sat on my Cannonball Runner, and broke it! I can't belive someone would do such a thing! *runs off crying* Seriously though, I'm glad it's been a while since anyone's had an experience negative enough to warrant a post on this topic. It seems like there used to be a new name every day or so, and we've gone through a good two or three of these topics. Anyway, continued luck to all!

Meh...after wearing LF for so long... your gear just doesn't seem shiny enough.

http://files.filefront.com/Paladin_DPS_is_...;/fileinfo.html Check out that video, it showcases the aweome power of the Paladin! Err... just be glad that didn't happen on our luci runs... I think.

Me, again?! Fine, fine. Edit: Completed, and Alphebetized FTW! If someone could toss me the original shitlist (I can't seem to find it/them) I can extend this one.

Errr... I know this is a great post and all... but in the new spirit of organization can we put all the people/groups on the first post, or create a new thread like that?
-
Yes, stop talking about how Siege rocks the socks off of AV, and talk about some random guy, gj. j/k

Well, the froum is divided into three sections, one for anyone, one for guildies and one for officers. The usergroup merley denotes that you can accces the "guild only" sections.

Lucky you, the WoW site recently posted a complete mount guide. http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/basics/mounts/ Scroll down to the bottom to links of screenshots.

Nah, they were both NTFS.

Note the #1 Alliance guy is a Hunter. http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b267/Siegeman/pallyrocks.jpg Bum rushing their last Graveyard http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b267/Siegeman/intheirbase.jpg

Well, I found a nice free program to recover files, and got back enough to be happy about. (10gigs worth) The only thing I'm missing are my precious, precious Morrowind save files, but I guess I can take time off WoW to re-create my impressive lvl 40 character. Anyway, I should be back on WoW later today or early tommorow.

I've read up on it, and you need to do this either within the first 10min of a server reset, (as the instance servers take longer to boot for some reason) or at extremley high peak hours. Also, there are servral instances besides Mauradon where you can do this. I'm tempted to do this myself, but since I only have 20 gold to my name it won't realy be worth it.

So Saturday and Sunday I was having various problems with Windows, (first with DirecX, then with telephony) and my attempts to solve these issues seemed to only create new ones. I said "fuck this" and reformated the system drive and installed a fresh copy of Windows. Now, I keep all of my documents and media on a seprate 150Gig Hard Drive (F), just in case I needed to do that. Well, earlier today I started getting various "corrupt file" errors, and such for my F drive, after reinstalling some games on it. Windows suggested that I should update it to solve the problem. So I installed the various updates for Windows, and rebooted my computer. It promptly ran the check disc utility on the F drive before loading, and seemed to find quite a large number of errors. After more updates, reboots and a tad bit more error fixing I was done. I decided to play some Halo 2 with my friends, and since I was unplugging the internet anyway, I shut down the computer. When I rebooted, I found all of the main folders on my F drive were missing. Thing is, the remaining folders amount to just 3 gigs, while Windows tells me there is only 35Gigs of free space on the drive! Obviously, my data is still there. I tried some data recovery tools, which failed since the files have not actually been deleted. So the problem is (to my understanding) that the files are still there, but the folder structure has been destroyed or corrupted. So the question is, how do I fix this and get my data back? I really don't want to resort to reformating the drive and loosing all my data. Heck, even if I get all the files back, I'll probably pick the most important ones, back them up on DVDs, and reformat the drive just to be safe. Either way, I won't be able to play WoW untill I come to some sort of a conclusion. Without my F drive in a normal state, I don't really have anywhere to install it. Oh, and yes, I checked six times, and there are no viruses, trojans, worms, etc. on my computer. Unless McAfee sucks, which I hope it does not.
