I never read Frank Miller's 300, but I hope they don't butcher the historical events that took place. That was an amazing battle that I think showed just how much further Sparta was in military knowhow and strength then any other country at the time. Sparta was always the noble & proud cousin of the philosophical Athens. I mean it was Sparta who told Alexander flat out "we don't follow men, we lead them" at the time where all of Greece was under Macedonian rule! Anyhow...I just hope we see some nice battles and not the crap that was Alexander :/
