I would like to think that the 40 man raids woul dnot be completely eliminated. Maybe down the road they will add 40 man instances once they see a good amount of players hit lvl 70. Maybe just add the instances in a patch after the release because they figure they can get the expansion out faster, and work on the 40's later. Just a thought.
