FP won another AV yesterday!! Thanks to many Prophets for sticking around after the MC run fell apart.... Also props to Gryph and Shoop for the winning leadership. Honorable mention to Arafelz for leading the Alliance in kills and to Stricnyne for being #1 Prophet in Killing Blows and 2nd on Alliance. I have a screenshot of the scoreboard but am a n00b and have no idea how to post it. Anyhow, great job to all that participated. Ghost

It was amazing. It felt so out of control for most of the fight. When all the eggs were destroyed I looked up expecting to see about 5 of us alive but we had about 30 in fact! The healers and rezzers did an AMAZING job in this fight. Gryph and Beorn did awesome too, as always, with the tanking. Just another typical FP success. Making what seemed impossible about a week ago look easy. Ghost

I am not an herbalist on my rogue so I have started *TRYING* to farm elemental fire in Un'Goro. I could use a couple of other to help. I try to get on as soon as I get home from work as there seems to be no horde but within an hour, there are more than I can handle by myself. (which is maybe 1 on a good day) Anyway, the drop rate sucks there, but the fire guys spawn fast enought to keep me busy. Ghost

I dont do BG too much but I have noticed that the runs I have gone on with FP are soooooo smooth. Hinanin, Beorn and Gryph are great at BG and it is always fun. I recommend getting in when they are looking for more to PvP, it kicks ass. Ghost

I'm not sure what server this guild is on, but this is a very detailed post on the strategy. It's kinda long but it is an easy read if you can follow along with what was happening when we were there. He breaks down every classes role in this fight. http://leftovers.groupee.net/groupee/forum...864/m/989104816 Some of the highlights were: Use a hunter to kite dragonkin and 2 warriors to kite legionaires. Tag EVERY mob as it spawns. Dont let them get to the platforms or the middle. Kill mages quick and crowd control (sheep) the legionaires until a kiting warrior gets there to add him to the train. Use controller orb from the ground immediately in front of the platform and 2 priests should keep orb guy shielded pretty much constantly. It is way more detailed than that (obviously) so if you are interested, read the post. Doesnt look like it should be too incredibly hard after we get the basics down. Chaotic, yes but nothing we can't handle. Ghost btw If you have the train pick up everything and then try to pick the mages out, the guy running around will need to be healed alot. Won't this cause some healer aggro?

I would just like to make an attempt at it. Maybe after our next Domo kill we could shoot over and see whats up. I think everyone knows to expect a wipe but I would like to see what happens when the sons of Rag come out so we can get some experience with that transition. Ghost

OK I watched the video again and it is just a crazy, confusing fight with people running all over the f$%&ing place. They moved all the mobs to the middle at one point and used Razorgore's AOE on them. They also had all the eggs down in under 6 minutes. Ghost

Stric and I talked a bit about strat at work today. Errrr, I mean we worked at work and talked strat AFTER work and on breaks.... yeah.... Anyway, although the train is part of the equation, no way should there be 20+ mobs chasing one guy.... that makes everything else WAAAAYYYYY to chaotic. See what you think of this idea... Group 1 goes straight to the orb and does that thing they do. Group 2-3 takes care of Controller and the 2 adds then assist in the corners. Groups 4, 5, 6 and 7 (each with a warrior) go immediately to their respective corner and start taking the mages/others as they come out. Group 8 rides the train which should consist of dragonkin and maybe an odd other.... By not tying EVERYONE up with the first 3 guys, we can get mobs as they come out and the train will not need to be 25 strong. As soon as Mages come up the steps, warrior taunts and groups take them down. They should never get close to the orb guy... If you look Razorgore up on Thottbot and go to the very last post, there is a link to someone in Source of Strengths video of the fight. It is a great watch and they do an amazing job. It never seems to get as out of hand as it was last night. Granted it probably wasnt their first ever attempt. Everything seems to be contained within the corner groups. Check it out, I may be misreading their strat but it looks close to what I have above. Ghost

GRATZ Bramas! HUGE mega FTW props to all the priests that were in MC too. That was a very noteworthy act by all of you, letting Bramas get the Eye. Probably made me feel better about FP than anything we have done so far. You guys ROCK! Ghost
