    Uh oh =(

I'm now in the process of installing/patching WoW on my ub3r fast AMD Duron 1200 with a whopping 320 megs of ram. God this is going to suck.
  2. You're kidding me! You got it? Nooooooooo! I was supposed to get the book, do the quest, drop herbalism for Enchanting and dust Quel in front of you just to spite you. Way to shatter my hopes and dreams. Grats man, you can't believe how happy I am for you. I just wish I coulda been there.

    Uh oh =(

Never fear FP, I'm still alive. I ended up taking apart my laptop, and it looks to me like the processor is fried. I'm waiting for my friend's dad to take a look at it, but I might break down and call Dell. My warranty expired over the summer but maybe begging and pleading and sexual favors will allow them to fix it without costing me an arm and a leg. We'll see. In the meantime, I'm on my old desktop. My grandpa has been sleeping in the room that this computer is in, so I haven't really been able to log on, but now that he went back to North Carolina this computer is mine once again. I don't even remember the specs on this, but I'm going to figure them out and possibly install WoW on here before I start going through withdrawls. Don't worry, worst comes to worst I'll just endlessly troll the forums until I get a system capible of playing WoW once again.

    Uh oh =(

So, I'm sitting there installing the stuff to copy Valdez to the test server. All of a sudden I hear a little 'pop' noise and my computer turns off. "Hmm, that can't be good" I think to myself. Suddenly, the smell of burning catches my attention. I can't see smoke, but I definitely smell something that my computer shouldn't be smelling like. So after taking the laptop apart, I find what appears to be a scorchmark on some stuff buried deep inside. Not exactly sure what it was, I'm not all that familiar with laptops internals, but my computer will no longer boot up. I do believe I'm going to be out of the loop for awhile. The warenty on my laptop is expired, so I'm going to have my friend's father look at it, he builds and services computers for a living. If he can't do anything about it, the earliest I'll have a new computer will probablly be Christmas, as I've been saving up to build a new one, and I've simply asked my parents for money so I can use it to build a new system. We'll see how it goes. Basically, for the time being, Valdez is retired. I will be comming back when I get a system to play on. Don't you fret. As always, FPFTMFW -Jeff (Valdez)
  5. HOT DAYUM! GRATS MAN! Now you're shiny like the rest of us ub3r pallies.
  6. They're trying to actually encourage players to use Judgements. Most paladins will only actually Judge something if it's a boss or something that's not going to die in 10 seconds. This way they're reducing the cooldown and adding better effects for the judgements. I for one am excited about the new changes, I just can't wait to see the talent trees. You have to think positive man, who knows how they'll actually play out until we actually play?
  7. Hmm... maybe I'll wave first, make sure you're paying attention. Famous people don't jump Mages when they're out of mana... wait... yes we do... but I'll make sure you're ready for me =)
  8. So we have friendly horde now? Does this mean I'm going to watch who I'm ganking? /cry And about the Rag fight... I'm more than willing to put the time/energy into as many Rag attempts as you can throw at me, given I'm not working. It would be great if we could get on some sort of 'normal' schedule, I could craft my hours at work around the times we're supposed to be raiding to ensure I could make every attempt. I'm thinking with the 1.9 comming (hopefully) soon this will become a reality. I can't imagine how wonderful it would be to be there to drop Mr. Rag for the first time. Back to the horde... if FP is FTMFW and Xanthium if FTMFW Does that mean Xanthium = FP? In which case... he's gotta reroll Alliance.
  9. Darwinism in action?
  10. Mind if I throw you a suggestion? Grab some buffs before you go, or drag some people out there to buff you before the fight. GotW, AB, Fort, Blessing of Kings, Blessing of Wisdom, those should all help out for that fight. If I'm on when you're doing it I'll buff ya before ya start then watch your back for horde. Just give me a heads up.

    nub question

You can check it in the Members General section of the forums. However, only members can access that section of the forums. Also, only full members can actually USE the FPP, but members on probation will still accumulate their FPP even though they can't use it until they reach Member status. Hope that clears things up for you.

    rest of MC

Yeah. I mean come on, he can't take eight of us at the same time? WTF kinda General does he think he is?
  14. Of course I immediately scrolled down to the paladin section and began to read... After readiing the first one: I thought "Hot Damn, Holy Repsec, here I come!" Then I kept reading... and I was sad.
  15. Servers just went up, and now I'm in the process of the new World of Warcraft Launching program thingaroo. I'm wondering if this is just something else that can cause lag now. I'm just glad they actually put a way to load WoW without using the Launcher, I think I'll be neglecting this new feature. Anyways for those of you who arn't home to read about it or whatever, here's a link that tells all about it. http://www.blizzard.com/support/wow/?id=aww01907p1 While patching, I have this fun paragraph to read. A new launch utility has been created to enhance your entry into World of Warcraft! The Blizzard Launcher will provide up-to-date news and important event- and support-related updates. In some regions, the Blizzard Launcher also scans for Trojan viruses and third-party cheat programs and notifies you if it has located any on your machine. In addition to providing you with the benefits of additional anti-virus protection, the scan that the launcher conducts represents another security measure to protect your World of Warcraft account information and gameplay experience. Enjoy.
  16. Awesome job guys! I'm sad that I couldn't be there for it, but I'm sure there will be many, many more successes in BWL.
  17. Noooo! Who else is going to represent Michigan with me? We'll miss ya Roxee.
  18. So... your the one on the left? Or the right?
  19. Wow. I'm amazed. That truely was wonderful. However, I also found the links on the side of the video entertianing. Porn from girls in my hometown? Egads! Sign me up. (That was a joke.) Also, when they did the thing with the piano thing, his hands were the wrong way around... left side of the piano is lower... right side is higher... just a minor detail... I'm a classically trained Pianist... I recognize these things.
  20. Looks like it got deleted... nothing comes up when I click the link =(
  21. They made that look so easy. Although, I couldn't help drooling over the pally in Full Lawbringer the entire fight. I wanna be that pally, completely geared out, healing our MT as we shove Rag's head back down that lava-filled toilet. Better yet, let me Dredge rag of all his lava-y goodness and see how tough he is then! What's that Rag? You dont like having your lava dredged? Too damn bad!
  22. BAD-ASS
  23. Adios man, good luck with your future encounters in WoW. Feel free to drop us a line anytime.
  24. Whisp maybe you should just quit while you're ahead. Wait. You're really not that far ahead. You may proceed.
  25. We've got whispercast, not like it's hard to individually buff people. The 15 minute thing would be great, even if we have to do it individually. I'm just excited about the new talent trees.
