Some of you may remember I have done a few Karazhan be4 the expansion( like 50 runs at least). I wanna strat the same thing with Naxx 10 man. Objective give our alt a chance to gear or your main whatever suits you. Raids would be on Fridays with invites at 6:30 and we play up to 10 :45 what is left is finished on Sunday and Monday if need be. So if anyone is interested please post the character you want in and preferably try to be on each Friday. Ideally I want full FP but I don't mind pugging DPS. I need a few heals and another tank plus any dps who wants in. Hope it works Kara was really enjoyable.

Oculus is down I am HERO of NORTHREND,

I have had my compûter made at a local shop. To give you an idea I have 60 fps in Dalaran and 75 elsewhere with all settings maxed. I have Intel quadcore 9550 processor ATI 4870 video card 4 gig DDR2 ram Mid sized well ventilated tower LG 19'' flat screen 1600:1 contrast and 2ms refresh Mouse and keyboard are standard nothing special, I can run internet, wow , and download stuff with no lag. I can alt tab in between game and internet as much as I want with zero delay. So basically this is a decent built for a reasonnable price of around 1500 CDN$. It is difficult for me to compare prices since I am certain cost varys a lot with US. But it gives you an idea of all affordable stuff that will suit your needs. I wanted to go with Dell but was unable to find a built with all the components I wanted. But the XPS series is nice and will do the job.

I have killed first boss of H Oculus ez mode yesterday. Then my wonderful pug healer deced and that was it. At least I know how the dragons work and fist fight. If anyone is interested In helping me doing H Oculus tonight I'll be online from 6:30.

I am going for the achievement that is called Hero of Northrend, I think. Yesterday I have cleared HoL, but it took me a few days to find an easy way to kill last boss. He is really annoying with his nature damage AOE, where you have to run out and in all the time. Always ended up we lost the healer or all our dps along the course of those in-out runs. Yesterday I had a Shammy healer. First try was a wipe. With his nature resist totem up (+ 130 NR) I suggested we try to stay in all the time and voilà we killed Loken under two minutes for achievement and no wipes it was easy mode. Obviouly this was never full FP runs, most of the time it was pugs, I am a pug type of guy, since I cannot really raid with you guys due to time constraints. When you are in pugs as you know, anything complex do not work so this is why I made this post. As I know some of us pug instances pretty often. Now its time to do Oculus and I will be done. I have never been in Oculus but I think there will be some learnings to be made before success. For the record: to me the HoS third encounter is most probably the most demanding of all heroics maybe along Azjol-Nerub last boss, even though I have done those two on first try with one or two wipes maximum but I had a really good group. With normal pug I would have never killed those two bosses.

I purchased red drake at a bargain price of 1600g with Wyrmrest exalted.

We are also looking at granting rage when the warrior blocks, dodges or parries. This is really nice as we never have too much rage

Racial restrictions on mounts have now been lifted. Night Elves on mechanostriders? Tauren on raptors? You’re not seeing things. Nice i'M gonna buy new mounts !

Certainly a good idea but not for me since I have zero knowledge and zero time to spend doing that. However the difference in price is huge... Stll thank you for the suggestion.

This employer must have had problems with people dedicating too much of their lifetime to wow and therefore not performing adequately at work. We all know some gamers do that, but some do the same because of drinking problems, drug problems, second job, lack of sense of responsibility,problems at home, ect. So this guy as many business owner is not wise cause you cannot put all wow or gamers in the same basket. However job performance is easily measurable which should be his criteria for hiring people. When you are close to hiring someone just ask for references. Finally no they won't start asking that question in interviews.

Thank you for your feedback. I will most probably purchase from Dell since I don't seem to be able to find the excat correct spec I want at Best Buy or Future Shop as mentionned by Ecthelion . Plus the idea of a next day tech servicing your computer at home sounds very interesting.

So you are a profesionnal gamer being paid to play...

I am considering purchasing a computer directly from Dell. Has anyone done it before? If yes how was your experience? Would you recommend purchasing online versus visiting Best Buy or Future Shop or any other computer shop?

Went to see the curious case of Benjamin Button; it is a must see movie. Especially with gf since it is quite emotionnal at the end. But anyway movies don't seem to be a big thing for FP. Too busy grabbing epics or don't like the style of movies I like, whatever?

What do you have to say to make these guys change their mind?

I went to see a few movies during the Xmas vacations. So I thought maybe I could share some impressions for those who like going out to movies. Milk: Sean Penn is extremely good, the story is good and the gay rights in that time was as serious a problem as racism was a few years before. 8/10. The Reader: Kate Winslet incredibly good could very well win the best actress oscar. A great movie.9/10. Slumdog Millionnaire: the best movie I have seen since a long time very orginal way of explaining how it is in India. 10/10. Frost/Nixon: I didn't expect to like that movie but it was very moving. Good performance from Frost and Nixon. 9/10. Doubt: another excellent movie a great performance from Merryl Streep another serious option on best actress but I would vote for Kate.8,5/10. If anyone has seen some of those movies I would like to hear from you. Saturday we are going to see The curious case of Benjamin Button.
