Just my quick 2cents...but anyone that generally ways over 200lbs and is under 6'2 DONT TAKE SUPPLEMENTS!!! its the eaisest and fastest way to gain that unwanted weight. Stick to that low carb diet, and running 2 miles a day for bout 3 months.... then consider those silly pills/protien shakes. I'm sure you'll find much better results. elunes
