^ I agree that SSBB is bound to be fun, and after mauling my face off with a gamecube controller to SSBM I know how fun the game could be but more complex then a fighter like tekken or god forbid virtual fighter? I can't agree with that one. The fact that every block in tekken can be turned into a counter and a combo at some point makes the game alot more then a button mash to me, and makes it complex in it's own right as you have to know when to react, sure there's not weird comedic explosions and stuff going on, but imo that's what turns me off about SSMBs it's all about spamming one button in certain places I agree you can do some sweet combos involing the environment, and that's wicked cool, and you can take the came to a lot higher of a level then a normal button mashing game, but I still think it's a pretty novice fighter. The fact that the terrian plays such a BIG importance makes it less of a fighter for me. Because if you're just good at using random weapons you can rape all kinds of face and random environment, but that doesn't really seem like the fighter to me. Plus a 4 player fighter just irks me. I'm traditional in the sense that to me a fighter should stay 1v1 or some sort of tagging system but one person out at a time. More then this seems like overkill and they always add things to make the game work, things that aren't needed. Anyways novice fighter but a good party game I COMPLETELY agree. It's fun with alot of people, but other then that I think it's minorly overrated, and the best fighter ever? No way. Best party game ever? Yes way. Also unless they flashed up the single player mode, it's still gonna be subpar. It's cool that they mixed a fighter and a platformish type thing, but the platform thing for me is a bit overrated, and it's not like this mix has never been done before, the funny of it is that you're peoples from other videogames and stuff and I get that, but I guess the humor is just long on me not liking some of the lamer people they put in the game, and the fact that people are stepping all over other fighters with this party game. That's really what it boils down to when you get to the nittygritty.

Sooooo basically what your saying is super smash brothers melee was the best fighter ever because it was a mindless mash at it's release while with tekken you had to LEARN how to play and memorize button patterns to become sucessful and turn it into a button mash, but it's still a less mindless button mash as you have combos to remember. Melee started out as a mindless mash, and ended still being a mindless mash, because it's a simplistic game. Sorry to say but simplistic doesn't make a fighter good :33.

^ I agree it's a fun game to relax with your friends and make fun of them as you smash them in the face with cool nintendo peoplez. But I don't think it's as good as people make it out to be. People are treating it like the most epic game to be released this year and frankly I just don't agree with that. XD Like I said, I'm gonna play it, I'm sure I'll have fun, but at the end of the day I still say it's a little bit overrated.

Fighting game or not they can atleast make the one player of a game somewhat intresting. I realize it's a fighting game, and it's got a bunch of nintenduz people that are OMGAWDS FIGHTING EACH OTHER, but really aside from the comedy (which is there I see it I mean owning your friends with olimar and the pikminz crew? Sign me up) I personally think it's just a subpar fighter. If I wanna play a fighter I'm gonna play Virtual Fighter or Tekken (both which storylines lack I realize that, this is another reason I don't like fighters I like playing games that provide a story to entertain me admist the mindless violence. I'm not saying I'd never play brawl, and I'm not saying I wouldn't have a blast raping my friends at brawl/getting raped, I'm just saying it's really just an overrated game because of the choices of people in said game, and the comedy factor. People saying it's the "BEST FIGHTING GAME EVER" are not people who know anything about fighting games sry2sy, but that's my opinon.

Pokemon blue is a classic I'm sorry. On gameboy before all the cards and stuff got out of hand it was a blast to play. stfu =P And Coeus mass effect is good. It's FULL of dialog, but that doesn't take away from the overall fun of the game if you like dialog and such.

Sorry indy jones is overrated imo. It's dry humor when the humor is there, and I'm just not a big Harrison Ford fan.
