i learned everything i know from books and wikipedia, also just being around computers and having to fix them. if you hear a pc term and you are like, wtf mate? search it on wiki and then follow the limitless amount of links that are in the explanation. A+ books are a good starting point since they assume you know nothing about computers. Might wanna pick your area though, hardware or software. They are both very vast fields and have extensive content. I'm into hardware and slowly leaning into network structuring and system administering. ****EDIT****** There also is no such thing as learning fast. I thought i could take both A+ exams in a matter of 2 weeks with little study. It took me about 2-3 months of constant study, i didnt get to play any games and rarely got to do anything but study, to be able to successfully pass both exams.
