Vanin 0 Report post Posted July 3, 2007 definitely a game I'm looking forward to as well, I hope it lives up to the first two. Bob: Fallout is what it sounds like...a game set after a nuclear war. I'd check out the bargain bins in your local computer store, you can find both games pretty cheap and you won't regret the purchase. velanarris 0 Report post Posted July 3, 2007 (edited) Ok here's the only problem I have with FO3. It looks like they're making it a "bullet time" 1st person with the ability to do 3rd person. If you search around google about fo3 it will tell you however, I will give it the benefit of the doubt because fo 1 and 2 were so damn good. new sig incomming. Heliacon 0 Report post Posted July 4, 2007 From what I understand it's real time, like the main mode in FoT. Same thing: Agi gives you action points, and it regenerates said action points over time. The whole V.A.T.S thing (Bullet-time sort'a thing) just makes it so you don't have to twitch-game to play. It does the old aimed shot mechanic for you, in real time, automatically, at the cost of AP.
