Underground 0 Report post Posted January 20, 2007 ok I finally got me some new wheels for my skateboard and I can't get the these new bearings into the new wheels... so yeah. Any tips or advice on how to maybe get them in so I can go skate lol?
corkie 0 Report post Posted January 20, 2007 Are they bigger then the wheels? I had the same problem awhile back. They were a bit bigger then my wheels, but I just kinda forced them in. Its probably not the best way, but they work fine and I haven't had to replace them for a couple years. Thats me. YES I'M SHORT. I don't play a gnome for no reason I have some more pics I just have to find them. OH, and converse are THE skate shoes http://i28.photobucket.com/albums/c231/nilgalad/Skateboarding.jpg

I just used the handle side of a screwdriver. I put the wheel on the ground and put the bearing on top. Then I just used my body weight and forced it in with the handle side. Don't use a hammer. Last time I did that my bearings exploded and wheel came off the truck.
