Darkmoon Faire tickets

Since a lot of you asked for details, here is how is going to work the upcoming Darkmoon Faire : (from Wow Test forums)

 

Darkmoon Faire Prize Tickets

There are two epic necklaces, and a handful of lesser rewards that you can earn from the faire by turning in animal parts and some tradeskill goods. These are repeatable quests, but as your faction with Darkmoon Faire increases, you are no longer able to turn in the lesser ones.

 

There are no turn in quests for enchanting, alchemy, herbalism.

 

Tickets are not soulbound, so you can trade them, or turn in items on an alt.

Thanks for the info forever. My nieghbor let his accout go inactive , bought the recharge for the next two months. I'll be farming the thorium veins with his druid till I get me alot of those widgets stacked up.

I could probably (with some help killing faster) farm rugged leather ... but i'm not sure if we also need hides for armor kits? anyway if not that could be a fast easy option.. how many rugged leather per kit? 12*8=96? kits for 1 epic.

5 rugged leather per kit shoop. very easily farmable. i am a skinner/leather worker so i will start to get to work on making as many of these things up for the guild as soon as i can.

looks like i need to start killing every bat in epl again, shouldnt be too hard, oh and as for vibrant plumes, there are 2 elite harpies that drop them regularly, as well as iron, mith and ts, so i might be digging around that place, and i believe i have 2 stacks of dense grinding stones, since mysteriously almost no plans require them.

The fact that you have 2 stack's make you a Blacksmith hopefully. Is it possible you could turn my dense stonex4 into dense grinding stones? My friend said I'll be getting alot of dense stone while farming the thorium. I'm/His character is an engineer so I can make thorium widgets if you supply the rune cloth. We can bang this thing out in half the time. Tell me what you think. Oh by the way my alias will be Klaudius Lvl 60 driud.

 

 

Edit- Of cousre if there's more mats needed to make dense grinding stone I'll provide them. EWW are these turn in's trade specific? If so we can trade dense stone for thorium ore striaght up.

nope, dense stone x4 = 1 grinding stone, and i havent been on mining trips in a long time, yet i still remember the good spots, just pst me and we'll head out together or something.

You can count on an average of 3-4 dense stones per thorium vein...

 

Why don't you help me farm thick leather so I can get jove to rugged kits (I'm likely 30-50 levels awy from rugged, and I'll probably need in teh range of 14 thick leather per level..so you do the math...ie we need to kill hundreds of furry animals).

 

Then he can level off them somewhat too.

 

Besides, I need lots of rugged leather for my DM runs.
