The staff will be a legendary quest item that varies per class. There will be a different aura for different classes.

 

Druid: 11 mana per 5 sec. aura.

Mage: +2% spell crit aura.

Priest: +60 healing aura.

Warlock: +60 spell damage aura.

 

Mage/Warlock Version

 

Atiash, Staff of the Guardian

Two Hand Staff

130-244 Damage

(64.4 damage per second)

+31 Stamina

+32 Intellect

+24 Spirit

Durability 145 / 145

Requires Level 60

Equip: Improves your chance to hit with spells by 2%.

Equip: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 150

Use: Creates a portal. Teleporting group members that use it to Karazhan.

 

 

Druid/Priest Version

 

Atiash, Staff of the Guardian

Two Hand Staff

130-244 Damage

(64.4 damage per second)

+31 Stamina

+32 Intellect

+24 Spirit

Durability 145 / 145

Requires Level 60

Equip: Restores 11 mana per 5 sec.

Equip: Increases healing done by spells and effects by up to 260

Use: Creates a portal. Teleporting group members that use it to Karazhan.

Oh, and if that stubby dwarf with pointed shoulders is indeed the new paladin... wtf? Really, we go from banana, to "I'll pwn you" to something that looks to be from a low-budget Japaneese sci-fi flick? Come on.

Process of elimination: Horde cant be pallies. Gnomes can't be pallies and NE's can't be pallies. That leaves you with a human woman in a dress, and a dwarf.

 

I'll bet all the money in my pockets, against all the money in your pockets that the doorf is the pally armor.

The Stairs of Destiny is where Khaddgar closed the dark portal after the 2nd war (the one that Medivh reopened, in what is now called "Blasted Lands").

ZOMG <3 the druid set bonus.

 

The 6th bonus is something i was thinkin about this morning... something to make regrowth more effective and goddamnit they implemented it. Of course theirs is more effective... i was just thinkin about regrowth increasing the health of the target for a period of time... something like inspiration does with armor.

That's where I got the screenshots from. Figured it would be nice to see them all at once in a post. The hunter set is the only one without any info. It has the first two bonuses listed, but without any screenshots to verify it there's no way of knowing if someone made it up.
