Goblin Engineers?

I am currently a gnomish engineer (290 or so) and I am in dire need of a Goblin Rocket Helm.

I'm pretty sure forevergirl can make this, seeing as she wears it on her head a lot and I've seen her fly 100mph at oncoming horde with a flag in one hand and a dagger in the other =P

Here are the raw materials that are needed.

 

x13 Mithril Bars

x4 Goblin Rocket Fuel

x1 Mageweave

x2 Solid Stones (For blasting powder)

x1 Citrine

x4 Elemental Fire

 

I have everything but the mithril I belive and I can make it with my alt (x2 Toons, 1 Gnomish / 1 Goblin, what was I thinking)
