Joesf 0 Report post Posted January 10, 2006 Here where I got the DI Razorgore thing I was talking about in guild chat last night. I don't think we should do it, because ultimately it will probably be deemed an exploit then we'd be back to square one on getting him down. But either way... DI Razorgore. Thats F'in hilarious. http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.a...ns&T=301641&P=
Valdez 0 Report post Posted January 10, 2006 Hell. I say we go in there, practice the fight until we get it done normally or until we're blue in the face. If we can't get it by the end of the night, what's wrong with using this to get some loot for people and maybe practice Vael a little bit? I'm not saying we should completely bypass the fight, just after we've had our practice at it the normal way it'd be a good way to raise morale and practice for the hell that is the Vael fight. Joesf 0 Report post Posted January 10, 2006 Well, I'm not exaclty sure how it bypasses the first phase but heres my guess. DI Razorgore. The mobs run away and the enchounter basically resets. But when DI breaks you can start all over without the mobs spawning. Which will leave, killing the 3 guys again (maybe and possibly the eggs) and then Razorgore himself. Weather we try it out on a last attempt it will give us pratice for the Razor fight itself since we haven't really gotten to do that at all either. I'd be down for trying it on a last attempt, but we definately need to do it 'the right way'.

Joesf 0 Report post Posted January 10, 2006 Seems like most guilds get multiple tanks to do the agro trains. Have a druid chain sleep one mobs the entire time with a lock to back them up with fear. DPS on the orc mages.
Nomadx 0 Report post Posted January 10, 2006 I stumbled upon someones page the other day.http://leftovers.groupee.net/groupee/forum...864/m/989104816 Not that I go on to many of these raids but I like reading up on them. Hope this helps everyone!
Esteban 0 Report post Posted January 10, 2006 I also heard that mages started the train (since we can blink out of combat and the mobs are not immune to frost nova) Then a warrior somehow pulled the train off the mage

Hvilelos 0 Report post Posted January 10, 2006 I agree with Dez on this. Let's keep practicing like we should... because this will be fixed eventually... but I know after wiping a hundred bajillion times, I get kinda tired of the whole situation. Yes, working towards beating him is a reward in itself, but few things make me happier than seeing those purples pop up. I think it would be a legitimate reward for those that decide to show up for these extended wipe-fests to have the prospect of getting a new item at the end, when everybody is simply pooped. Tutubo 0 Report post Posted January 11, 2006 I agree with practicing / downing him the 'right way', and if that doesn't work... the hell with it and give those who showed up some loot by the DI trick.
