Gynis 0 Report post Posted April 15, 2005 Welcome to Forgotten Prophets! Your medium to large size package of fun! For those of you looking for info, please browse our forums and our website (look at the pictures!!) for information. In the game we are a solid group of casual players with hard core tendancies, some of which can be purchased on line for a monthly membership fee and a waver for those over 18. Our guild structure is dynamic: we have 3 ranks, Officer, Councilor, and Member. For those applying, there is a fourth rank "Probation" which lasts two weeks for us to decide if you're a good fit for the guild. Please contact an officer or councillor in game for info on how to apply. You can see our current guild roster and ranks on our main page. Otherwise, everyone PM an officer or councilor. They love that sort of thing. Check our roster or do a /who forgotten prophets in game to find out who does what. I don't even really know. All I know is that Aelora's voice is pretty, and she can make most of us do whatever she asks. Councilors and Officers should be who you go to for all guild related questions and concerns. Almost everyone in the guild knows of who one of these people are, and there's usually at least one online. Bear in mind, that in the spirit of a fast growing guild, any member who left or stayed will be immediately held to a standard of conduct enforceable by any of the officers. That standard is simply this: be considerate. If you are having a bad day, do NOT take it out on your guildies. If someone said something you disagree with, /gu is NOT the place to discuss it. Anyone violating this simple rule will be removed by the one of he officers online. There will be no discussion, no panel, no appeal. We usually try to have conversations with members who are not in compliance with the spirit of our family first, before we feed you to the lions, but some things just get handled immediately. (BTW: Who the lion is always comes as a surprise. We still haven't figured out the "bad cop" yet.) If you do not agree with this type of management, then sadly, FP is probably not for you. Good luck in your endevours and no hard feelings. This type of arrangement is not for everyone, and we certainly want you to have the kind of gaming experience you pay for, without hostility. If you have questions or concerns, or something funny you think we should see, send us a PM or message in guild. Oh, and I'm pretty sure FPFTMFW. That is all . . . for now. dragonlgnd 0 Report post Posted May 9, 2005 Well about a month has passed, and we seem more and more like colleagues every day. We are doing more instances together, more groups together, and getting to know each other more and more. One of the best things though, is we are still inviting new members, which is great, many guilds end up not inviting new members, and it hurts guilds big time. Glad we are working together, this is great.
