Because at my school they have websense, so I just downloaded portable firefox to my Partition/Namespace and changed the connection settings to directly to the internet instead of thru their proxy. I couldn't do it on just regular IE becuase they locked the internet options on it from being edited. Besides, I like Firefox anyways.
