stangmeister 0 Report post Posted January 21, 2009 - Bronze Drake: Size is more normal now. - All Drake mounts: - Drake mounts now have a "glide" animation instead of the constant wing-flapping. - The cooking daily "Convention at the Ledgerdemain" only requires 4 Northern Stew now (down from 12). - Judgements might be doing a lot less damage for some reason. - New Achivements under general: To All The Squirrels Who Shared My Life: Love some before unloved animals and Pest Control: Kill some bad critters. - There is no more safe spot on Heigan. You have to learn the safety dance. - New enchant: Formula: Enchant Chest - Exceptional Resilience - Requires Enchanting (410) - Use: Teaches you how to permanently enchant chest armor to increase resilience rating by 20. Costs 4 Dream Shards to buy. Mats are: 2 Greater Cosmic Essence, 2 Dream Shard - Opening a chest now only takes 2 seconds. - Moonfire has a new spell animation. - Onyxia did get get her money drop nerfed. Around 100 less gold. - You Don't Have an Eternity: The timer was increased to 6 minutes but you can only have two sparks at a time. This makes the achievement significantly more difficult just due to DPS requirements. I would say that being overgeared for the encounter is now basically a requirement to get the achievement. I'm not entirely sure feasible the achievement even is now with current gear. - Sartharion with Three Drakes: You can no longer remove Twilight Torment as described in The Twilight Torment Dance. This means you absolutely must handle the huge breaths that can hit for up to 75k with cooldowns. This definitely makes the fight more difficult and places more emphasis on DPS to get Shadron down as soon as possible. - Looting the carrots for the Dalaran cooking daily Sewer Stew takes less time. Same goes for the Mushrooms. - Clicking on the teleportation rune in Dalaran to get down to Crystalsong Forest and back up again has also had its timing reduced. - There are also new graphics for Eternal Earth and Crystalline Earth. Due to the issues affecting realm stability, the Battle for Wintergrasp has been temporarily disabled on all realms. We’re actively working to resolve this issue and we’ll provide an update as soon as it becomes available. Thank you for your continued patience. A few more undocumented changes from our users, if you spot any please report them in comments. Raids & Dungeons * It seems that the gold dropped by bosses in Zul'gurub and Ahn'qiraj (20 Players) has been reduced by 50%. * Grobbulus clouds are smaller and do less damage. Achievements * Gotta Go! - The actual time to complete this achievement has been changed from 2 minutes to 4 minutes as of patch 3.0.8. There is currently a bug though and the text in the achievement window still shows 2 minutes. This will be corrected in a future patch. (Source) * You Don't Have An Eternity - Both normal and heroic version of the achievement have been changed to 6 minutes. (Up from 5) The encounter has been changed and made slightly harder, the achievement isn't necessarily easier to obtain. Hunter (Skills List / Talent + Glyph Calc.) * Glyph of Mend Pet now gives your pet 20 Happiness/Tick instead of +20 Happiness on cast.
