Fail Blizz is Fail. seriously, just wow. and no joke, i honestly expected blizzard to realize that death knights were going to be overpowered, so they actually tried to prevent that, and make them underpowered more than anything--instead of being able to solo like that, heal themselves while tanking (i.e. soloing 5 man group quests), be useful in PvE, and dominate in PvP.
