Question for my fab friends

I've been working on getting a minor in Sociology and an interesting trend has come up through three of my classes where sub cultures have mores and common similarities within the culture and in particular: food. An example would be the competitive video gamer who usually consumes more soda and energy drinks than pretty much anyone from a seperate sub culture or a member of the power elite business workers who drink up to 5 cups of coffee a day.

 

What i really want to know, out of personal curiosity, is what do you identify to be a Gay food/beverage that you would believe that other Gay people would enjoy. I ask this because my old supervisor from my old job is a giant flirt and quoted Superbad and said "Penis shaped food because they are the best!", one of my best friends who happens to be Gay is a giant slob and loves chocolate shakes with french fries and lastly, the only Lesbian that i know told me "Candy, candy and more candy; preferably skittles".

 

These observations from a very limited sample pool kinda skews the possibility of finding a true Gay food item so i wanted to broaden my search by extending it to the most fabulous guild on the interwebs.

 

So far, i'm led to believe that the closest thing that ties my friends together is Smirnoff Ice but that could just be the fact that i'm friends with a bunch of drunks

 

So yeah, any input would be greatly appreciated :3
