And I guess once I make my finger painting I have to host it somewhere? I need help! Its free, has a really small foot print, and lets you zoom in for pixel perfect color references. Download Link I use it and the company's Pixel Measurer everyday at work. Everytime I add a layer to my background it puts it right in the middle right on top of the other layers, and then I can't move them. Too many options.
