Hykos 0 Report post Posted May 23, 2008 http://www.mentalfloss.com/blogs/archives/15131 A blogger at Mental Floss stumbled upon a site where there is posted 18 years of Polaroid's that an anonymous person took everyday between 1979 and 1997. He thought it was just a novelty thing until he got to the last year and realized something was wrong with the photographer. The last photo was taken the day he died, on his 41st birthday, and 18 days after he married. He had pieced together that the person was an independent film maker and eventually found out who he was. (IMDB). The site was being made by friends of his who had been scanning his 6,000+ photos to complete Jamie's "Photo of the Day" project that he never finished while he was alive. More about it here: http://onlytheblogknowsbrooklyn.typepad.co...ston/index.html This site is blocked by websense so I can't check at work, but this should be the site with the photos: http://www.addresszero.com/pod-html/ Or this http://www.addresszero.com.nyud.net:8090/&...;!pod-html/
lemontree 0 Report post Posted May 23, 2008 i've seen blogs where people take a picture every day for a year, or take 60-80 over the course of one day. i always thought that was pretty neat and i'd like to do it but i think i'm too f'in unorganized >< every day for 18 years is nuts though. maybe exposure to the camera gave him cancer? (that was a terrible joke, let's just all move along)
