=/ I was late to that party and missed my greeting.

Yea that's true Stang. I really think the main thing is that with 2.4 Sunwell Platue ( SP?) comes out, so people will be ditching even Hyjal and BT, so why not please more people and let them get more earlier Tiers. But this means more people leave with them per raid, and less people feel like itll take forever to get a Tier piece.
-
Yea... I think that post is BS... ( SHad's, not Gryph's >.>) . How many times did we see the exact same loot when certain people would be the raid leaders.

Congrats everyone!!! That was an intense fight but we got it=)

It's been a long time since I've reviewed a game, and our forums have been a bit bare lately, AND I've been a few really truly great games lately. Mario Galaxy is the first straight forward Mario game since Mario Sunshine, and I know many found Sunshine to be for towards the kids and were not very intrested in it, so many haven't played a newer Mario game since Mario 64. Mario Galaxy is a big throw back to Mario 64. They really did what every "Sequel" type game should be, though Galaxy is not a true sequel. They started with all the basics of Mario 64 , and built upon it, added to it, and improved it, in every way imaginable. Story- It's a Mario game... I REALLY shouldnt have to go over the story with you. Graphics- By far the absolute best looking Mario game so far, the graphics are crisp, stand out, and have loads of detail. For a colorful/ partially cartoony looking game , it's a beautiful game graphics wise. Controls- This is honestly where the game shines. All of the controls are tight, and feel comfortable to do even with the Wii remote. Shaking the Wii remote will make Mario spin and hit enemies, and they couldnt have made it any smoother. You don't find yourself doing acidental spins, you don't find yourself not spinning when you meant to. All the while you are running around jumping and spinning, you use the Wii remote pointer to pick up star bits around that you can use as ammo to shoot, or as a currency. Game play- When I picked this game up, I enjoyed it from second 1 , to the last second of putting it down. For me there was not a single stage that took more then 4-5 tries, which really cut down the fustration factor and allowed me to move on and enjoy more of the game. This is the typical Mario, you jump from platform to platform, jump on enemies, and pick up coins. Now, the difference? Well , you are in space for most of it, so things have their own gravity. You might be on a small planet, and jump as hard as you try, you can't fall off, instead you find yourself jumping around half the planet with a single long jump! There are some disc type planets you will be on and when you go to jump off the side of it, you flip all the way around to the underside of it. This gravity usage is throughout the game, it gets used as traps and tricks against you, but you can also use it to your advantage, and it makes for such a unique game play that we haven't seen before. Some of the traps they have with the gravity effect could be some as simple as the blue squares have normal gravity, and the red ones have reverse . Towards the end you find yourself climbing on ceilings , walk on the side or moving blocks, and abusing the hell out of gravity. Over All- I've beaten the game ( which you can do at 60ish stars), but I still hope in to collect a star or two to try and reach the 120 star total in the game. Each stage is about 10 minutes long, some longer, some shorter, so it's easy to load up, play for 30 minutes, and gotten some stars. A great addition to the game is the ability for a second player to join. They take over the pointing and picking up star bits with another controller, and they can shoot the star bits to stun enemies, or they can push a button when you are in mid-jump to help you jump higher. While this may not sound like a whole lot, there are times when you are moving fast and having to do things, where it's nice to have someone else to pay attention to those aspects. I give this game an easy 9.5/ 10 , easily one of the best games I've played in years, and it's gotten added to the list of games Ill replay at least once a year.

Stang, didn't you have that avatar before? or was it a different one?

Man I feel totally out of the loop, if Igor and Mike watched it I'll have to chew them out for not telling me about this sooner, I havent seen it but I want to really really badly.

For those of you who read Hogfather ( Terry Prachett) , there was a TV movie in England, and it's coming out on DvD in March? I think. I plan on getting this and checking it out, it looks awesome so far. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0765458/ http://www.skyone.co.uk/hogfather/ ( this is a better website to look at, good pictures and lots of info) If you haven't read the book, go get it and read it, it's well written and funny as hell.

True Adra, but Avenger's shield gets a small bonus from spell damage anyways. Actually, the most damage I've ever done with it was in my tanking gear VS the first boss in SL I think, I still havent beaten that record with all my SD gear on. That is a pretty cool avatar Emerald=)..... though... it's no Ryu.

I think Gynis has done many of them? but I'm not 100% sure of that.
-
But what will Joesf eat to survive????
-
I have to agree, so many of these seem fake. Granted, the next patch could include versions of these, but not the the degree that some of these go. Though if Avenger's shield gets moved to a .5 second cast Ill be really happy.
-
I think this was your best video yet. I really liked how you named everyone at the end seperately, it gave the video a more personal touch.
-
Im thinking some of these are fake, but then again I could easily be wrong. As far as I know there's 5? bosses in that instance ( from rumors and wowwikki) so there will be more items.

I don't know a whole lot about these thigns, Ill admit that. But something Hykos said made me think of this. About the small and medium businesses. I know a number of them around this area ( Small businesses) having seen a serious decline , many have closed and those that are open are not doing nearly as well as they were even 1 year ago. Now this neither confirms or denies what either of you are saying, many of these places are hobby/game shops. To be honest hobby/game shops do poorer and poorer every year, due to on-line games, video games, and internet shops.

Why were you running out of a hospital? rushing to get to your next spike of bad luck, Trev? and Im amazed, a picture of a guy on the forums and no mention from Stang about how he looks... the power of the Iphone is impressive.

I tried that once Bishop, and then the car stopped, and some guy who was snacking on stem-cells and carrying a big two-handed sword stepped out, he had a mohawk , I was terrified. So never again.
