Here's a build for grinding out lvls. http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=w0xZMhEz0Vzxco This is only a lvl 45 build but it should get you on the right track. Its probaly not the best for pvp but there are a lot of good one handed swords you can find while doing quest and lvling up.
