Buenos Aires is pretty colorful. Pretty cool video but I would like to know how much this 'Dance in a million places' trip cost.

We need that GM button for that sword in MC...

You have the GM exemption. Pretty sure you get one by default if you opt in. Weren't you in the BC beta with me and Matt too?

That's awesome news but I have a question that I need an answer to: Why are you just getting that at level 62? That should have been your first quest when you made your toon.

I was messing around on Myspace today and found this video of what HAS GOT to be Stricnyne as a child. http://myspacetv.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=...ideoid=41115937 Those who know him or have watched any of his videos will know what I mean.

Ummmm yeah... Usain Bolt. This dude will rule the 100m, 200m and if he decides to chase it the 400m for a long time.... His performance in the 200m was phenomenal and by breaking a record that many 'experts' thought was untouchable, he showed what he can do when he actually runs the whole distance.
-
Oh that's awesome that you guys actually met in a BG. I know it was the idea originally but seeing it happen is pretty sweet. PS. sweet UI you got there Ed

So the 200m semi final just went down and Usain Bolt ran the fastest time overall. If you happened to watch the race(or if you missed it, youtube it), you can actually see him shut down and cruise in from 80m out. The dude is unstoppable and I don't think I'm going out on a limb saying that him breaking Michael Johnson's world record is a very real possibility.

Hands down, the best part of the broadcast imo. You can tell that he is passionate about the subject and his accent makes it that much cooler. I can still hear him cheering his athletes on from Atlanta when the women won the team gold, "YUUUU COOONNNNN DEWWWWW EEEETTTT!" He's an amazing ambassador for gymnastics.

The thing I heard about softball and baseball are variations on the same theme. The IOC wants 'dream teams' like they have in basketball, teams with stars that will sell out stadiums and put fans in the seats. Despite all the feel good stories about the spirit of competition and the Olympic dream, the decision is being made based on cold hard cash. The problem is that the US baseball team is made up of minor leaguers few people have ever heard of and even fewer care to watch for $1000 a ticket. So, from a financial standpoint, it is under-performing what the IOC had hoped for. On the flip side, the US softball team, with pitchers Jennie Finch, Cat Osterman and Monica Abbott are a victim of their own success. They are as close as a softball team can be to a 'dream team. The thing is that since 1986, the US team has yet to NOT win the gold medal in Olympic or World Championship competition and based on their performance this year in Beijing, the rest of the world really isn't getting any closer to ending that dominance. After yesterday's game against China, the US team ended the first part of the tournament with a record of 7-0. During that time, they outscored opponents 53-2 and 3 of their wins were no-hitters. The lack of real competition most likely doesn't draw huge crowds either. Hell, 90% of America is probably bored watching these games. I'm guessing that if the US wins everything in basketball for the next 20+ years it could turn up on the same chopping block. All in all, I've been pretty much wrapped up in all things Olympic in the last week or so. The US women's beach volleyball team is pretty amazing. I'm stunned by Usain Bolt's performance setting the world record in the 100m Saturday and more than likely the 200m tonight. The dude doesn't even run 100% the whole way and still crushes the other runners. It's awesome. And like it or not, no one that reads this will ever see anyone win 8 golds in the same Olympics ever again.

I know the Michael Phelps hype-train has probably gotten pretty old buuuuuuuut what happened this week in the Olympics is pretty amazing. The dominance he displayed (8 gold medals with 7 world records and 1 Olympic record) in all 4 swimming strokes against the best competition in the world, is likely to never be replicated. I'm not a fanboy or anything but I do appreciate the significance of history when it's made.

You probably won't notice a difference Andrie.

Meh. It's a percentage of base mana so it won't be a huge deal. Like if you have 5000 mana totally naked and the rate is 6% your spell will be 300 mana no matter how much Int you stack on top of it. Unless I am reading it wrong or misunderstanding what the objection is.
