that was a long ass read...but what i can say from personal experience i was born sick so they couldn't snip snip and then around err i think grade 1 so i would be 5ish? ya i think so i had problems with the skin rolling back so i kinda had to get it cut cause i couldn't clean the boy all i can say is that its a bit painful from what i remember but you up and going in a weeks times, and i've had no problem with the boy down there lol if your religious or not it all comes down to if its there is it causeing problems and if so then get it cut
